Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner - Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential tenants - Provide information on rental rates, lease terms, and property amenities - Process rental applications and conduct background checks on applicants - Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are completed accurately - Collect and process rental payments from residents - Address resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally - Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting unit inspections - Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, leases, and payments Skills:
-Onesite experienced - Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and close leasing deals - Knowledge of property leasing procedures and best practices - Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi or OneSite - Excellent conflict management and problem-solving abilities - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry and record keeping - Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to leasing and property management - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to negotiate lease terms with prospective residents Note:
