Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
Looking for an outgoing, highly self-motivated individual to join our team in Debary Responsibilities will include:
Customer service:
Answering phones, email and mail for vendor and customer inquiries.
Maintains accurate customer information in database according to company procedures.
Perform basic clerical duties associated with accounts payable/receivables:
Accounts Payable:
Issuing Purchase Orders to field personnel.
Matching invoices to corresponding purchase orders along with all supporting documents.
Review invoices for accuracy and completeness.
Prioritize invoices to ensure bills are processed in the appropriate order.
Code to proper general ledger accounts in the accounting software.
Process, print and distribute vendor checksMaintain accurate open payables reporting.
Accounts ReceivablePerforms basic accounting functions of accounts receivables, preparing invoices for billing, post deposits to customer accounts on a daily basis and process credit card transactions.
Maintains all records and files and backup documentation related to accounts receivable.
Additional responsibilities include supporting our Human Resources Department as well as our field personnel in their day to day activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in Accounts Payable/ReceivablesExcellent customer service and problem solving skills, with the ability to interact professionally and diplomatically with all employees and customers.
Must have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Applicants must have related work experience with Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
Benefits:
Pay range is $15 - $20 per hour depending on experience.
