All aspects of this industry need to be well known and understood.
Pool cleaning and chemical knowledge, renovation knowledge and repair knowledge.
Need to have experience managing a crew and designating job duties for the day.
This is a working foreman position.
You will be working daily on multiple jobsites and managing crews and multiple jobs at one time.
