36 an hour 12 days ago 12 days ago 12 days ago PROGRAM COORDINATOR - PUBLIC WORKS/FACILITIES Under management supervision, the selected individual will perform a variety of administrative functions and duties in support of the City of DeBary Public Works Department.
This position also serves as the contact person for maintenance of City facilities.
This position requires the ability to work independently, exercising discretion, good judgment and initiative.
In addition to general administrative functions, the role will generate work orders, manage facility maintenance contracts, prepare bid specifications and cost estimates, and approve invoices while adhering to City purchasing policies & procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or (GED) and six (6) months to one (1) year related experience and/or training in clerical and general building maintenance; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Rate of pay is $19.
42 - $21.
36 depending on experience.
